I've always considered that my body's instinct for self-preservation/survival and
don't mind it a bit (unless, of course... I didn't MAKE it to the "afterglow" before
I collapsed and started snoring contentedly).

(on edit) When I first found "Spidermiso", I momentarily thought it was Vietnamese pho
instead of miso and got kinda worked up (as I love, love, LOVE pho). When there was
a "pho appreciation" post earlier today, I went back to double-check -- that would
have been yet another example of the cool and frequent synchronities that I encounter
in my searches.

to your body in matters of health. You've been through a lot of trauma in the last 6 months. I'm not surprised you are exhausted what with all that healing you've been doing. Be well.
