... sliced olives, and some salad greens. I like baba ganoush better, but it's more work to make, so I don't have it as frequently.

I find pita to be kind of messy, however. It tears too easily. I prefer to make wraps using flour tortillas, or better yet, Flatout wraps or Joseph's wraps. I will layer on some hummus, and then add the veggies. I like the wraps because they hold way more veggies than pita does.
