I ran out of my water pills Thursday morning and didn't realize it until yesterday.

11. It's surprising how easy it is to forget meds and run out...

I've run out of my SSRIs on more than one occasion. Running out of them isn't quite as serious as water pills in your case but it can make for an uncomfortable day or two and can lead to serotonin syndrome if you aren't careful, which you don't fucking want! So you would think I would never let that happen, nope.
