1. There is actually a theory/reason behind this...

Look at a dog's face. It's all nose. Just a big huge nose with eyes and a tiny pea brain.

A dog's nose has about a bajillion times more olfactory sensors than a human nose. That is supposedly why dogs like to stick their heads outside of car windows...it's like a nasal orgasm. They get to smell everything injected into their noses at 60mph. For a dog, it's apparently a major rush. On the downside, their eyes get fucked up by insects.

3. Most dogs do not have tiny pea brains

I've met a few that were very intelligent and understood quit a bit of English. And unlike most animals can count and understand when you point at something.

2. we call it "cable tv" for our dogs

we roll down the window, drive around the block and let them have cable. When we go out of down its even more exciting with newer smells.
