I try to keep busy and keep to myself, but part of my job is trying to engage the staff and get them to buy into my department goals, so I have to interact. I don't think they know how much they hurt me and others. I think that we are kind of like rats in a cage here.

5. When my son...

...tells me that someone at school has hurt his feelings, I talk to him about giving that person power over him. I say that a person can say something mean, but you're the one in control of how it makes you feel. Don't give away your power.
