What's the name of this song?

Some of the lyrics are:

I belong with you, you belong with me..my sweetha-art.....Hey! ]

Then there's some soft clapping, singing..

It's been years since somebody wrote a song that you could actually sing if you knew the words....

If you know the song, what's the group's name?

And did I see the group on David Letterman? Can't recall, but he did have a group something like that a few months ago...
