Listen everybody, not only will the wind get out of hand, it is also absolutely, totally non-stop and all morning, and all night. Even if it is Summer time, you still feel the wind. Not even a 15 minute period of wind that has stopped. It's been doing this in the Northeast since 2011, and I cannot deal with these wind chills, it makes it feel like five degrees every morning. It's not fair to the kids that walk to school. I just quit smoking and my mind is over active as hell. This all started with global warming and nobody will fuc*ing talk about the wind. You see the craziness in movies, where people's jackets are being blown by Arctic wind. Now it is in our very own backyards. And I can't take it. People have got to wake up and start to get the administration involved.

Even our nesting ducks can't get a break.... But, likewise living in wildfire country, I'm glad for the moisture. 'Hope you get some (rain?) too.

I hate it too. The mesquites here are all leafing out, very pretty and delicate, then this f'ing wind comes and blows them to hell.
Every year. Now I'm worried about the garden if it freezes tonight. Still, we have one of the country's best climates.
