seem kinda drunk, and definitely under informed or possibly willing to lie.

At least judging by my experience when my boss brought them in as an alternate to getting health insurance for the company

She's one of the top agents in her office and even though she's a full-time employee, because the work is commission-only they don't actually provide her with health insurance. I think it's a convenient loophole the company put in place, but it's crazy (imho) that even though she works for an insurance company she has to buy her own health insurance.
