Beginning with Enterprise, it was obvious Roddenberry's values and idealism died with him.

For those who can make the leap or are only familiar with the new franchise, more power to them. But this isn't the Star Trek I grew up with.

Captain Kirk was my hero growing up. And I have been a fan ever since.

There was a lot to like in the last movie, but overall I thought it was disrespectful to the franchize. This... I don't even know what it is.

I tried the StarTrekMovie/App link but you apparently need an iPhone or Android to download it. I guess I'll just wait for it to hit RedBox.

Dear me... I have a feeling I've already seen this about a dozen times.

I'm not a particular fan of either Star Trek or Star Wars, but I thought Star Trek was smarter than this.
