Do you see people trolling for gifts on facebook?

I have one facebook relative who has been posting links to jewelry on facebook, with some blandly annoying comment like "I like this!" or a

Now, if it were something really cool or interesting, I wouldn't mind, but she's posting photos of standard, plain, uninteresting jewelry.

She has been doing this an average of once per day, for the past week or so. I'm thinking, WTF, Jenny, you have a husband, so why don't you just ask him? Stop trolling for gifts on facebook, 'cause I sure as hell ain't buying you pearl earrings for christmas.

Do you know anyone like that?

I'd share her posts (again) just with him every time. Bet she stops.

She is a cousin that lives far away, and I do not know her husband all that well, so we are not going to their christmas party or anything.

But, really, for a grown woman to be begging for presents on facebook every single day, like a 5 year old? Get a clue, woman!

My cousin's daughter (don't quite know the terminology) is asking the tooth fairy for $800 for her recent loss. Her mom's getting a kick out of it.

She posts on facebook trolling for gifts, from the tooth fairy.
Do you ever get tired of seeing her do that?

both tangible and intangible. I guess they think it's fun to share their internet discoveries with friends.
I sometimes like to look at stores as museums, just curious to see what's out there, and occasionally might point out something I like to my family or a friend, not expecting to receive it as a present.

It's a bit unsubtle to post it to his feed directly.

I do have some cousins who are always posting links to the Scentsy and Velata crap they sell.

Every single day.

When they first started selling the stuff they begged people to "like" their pages. I did, and was bombarded every day with even more crap, so I blocked them.

The pages, not the cousins. Now, if it's Scentsy or Velata shit, I just scroll right past the post.
