The debut of a tiny polar bear being hand-reared by zookeepers in Denmark has become a holiday internet sensation this week. In this image, Siku the polar bear is shown just 21 days after his birth. His handlers at the Scandinavian Wildlife Park in Kolind, some 170 kilometers (105 miles) northwest of Copenhagen, removed him from his mother after she failed to produce any milk.

that microscopic creatures wouldn't think twice about eating us either. Of course they are not as cute as the baby polar bear.
