First, the Sir Humphrey Appleby part:

"The Millstream will be on a new schedule, arriving in your homes at the first of every even numbered months."

Now the Tea Party takes over:

"We are sorry for any incontinence this might make."

I'm surrounded by republicans!

1. Tea Partiers or not, least they could do is spring for indoor plumbing.

Millstreams are notoriously unreliable. I'd move if I had to wait two months.
