he bites tires, especially of vehicles he doesn't "know" so when people drive up they get treated to this insane dog biting their tires and the equally insane humans yelling "Dumbass! Knock it off!"

Some in the family have the manners or shame or whatever to call him Bones in public, but he is even less responsive to that than Dumbass.

When he does something stupid, I look at him and say, "I thought border collies were supposed to be smart".

I love that dog to death. He actually is very smart, he just does dumb things like trying to attack other dogs on the TV. He almost knocked my TV off the stand once.
