The History of Ukrainian Borshch

Tasting History with Max Miller is one of my favorite YouTube channels, and today he posted his latest video, whose timing is just perfect. So I thought I'd post it here for anyone who isn't familiar with him but is interested in this kind of history. His channel covers a very wide range of dishes.

It was a clear beet red soup with a dollop of sour cream. If there anything else in it very little of it. About 45 years ago.

When I've gone Ukrainian restaurants it's usually for pirogues, and (ohhh, Yum) grilled kielbasa! 😄🥰👍
