I LOVE that movie. It was more MiddleFingerMomTom's era -- he
was born JUST after WWII, but in smalltown Michigan, we were
well behind the cultural frontier, so that depiction was VERY much
my childhood.

I'll probably watch it 2-3 times over the next day.

(18,497 posts)Forget the name but the characters are all the same. You do sorta see the Bumpasses. But ALL the actors are different.
EXCEPT for the school teacher.
