I don't see many references to "Falling Skies" in The Lounge. Anyone else watching it?

I'm a long-term science fiction fan (who doesn't mind the term "sci-fi&quot , but I'm not
sure if I like this show or not. It's good enough for me to keep coming back in the

3. Now that a third season has been ordered

I think the story line is beginning to improve. I like the series myself.

The show is Ok, but it needs to go a little faster.

5. I thought Season 1 was a mixed bag

Some good stuff, but mostly so-so. I liked the premise overall, but didn't think the show delivered much of the time.

However, Season 2 has been a definite improvement. The action has been good, the characters have grown more interesting with more depth, and the story has improved.

Plus, it gives me something to watch between Game of Thrones in the Spring and The Walking Dead in the fall.

6. Meh.

The effects and production quality is pretty good, but the writing leaves a lot to be desired. I don't want to drop any spoilers on you, but I just had a very hard time believing some of the characters' emotional reactions (or lack therof). The dialogue is also very disappointing; if I had a writing workshop student turn in some of that tripe, I would have spent a lot of time working with him or her to improve it.
