hey lounge. anyone looking for a one of a kind apartment in chicago?

i hope it's okay to post this here. could be considered spam.
but a) i'm pretty proud of it. poured a lot of money into it this last year.
but also b) i cant imagine anything better than having a du'er for a tenant.

i know there are a lot of my chitown peeps on here. can y'all spread the word?

i posted this in hopes of flushing out my neighbors.

i love chicago, but i especially love this little bit of it. the most diverse zipcode in the state. old houses on big lots.
people never move, so property values are ridiculously low.

the old lakeshore is about 4 blocks w of here. we sit in a bowl.
spring stays cold here for at least a week compared to a mile away. but it also buffers the deep cold.
