Anyone out there ever get seriously into Brazilian Jazz/Rock?
I mean, there is not the demarcation line there is here
But like Milton Nascamiento, Gal Costa, Gilberto Gil, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Lo Borges, or even Sergio Mendes?

2. Three thumbs up for Sergio Mendes and Brazil 66...
Brazil 77 lost some of what made 66 so great.
Also loved Getz & Gilberto, especially their version of Girl from Ipanema. Wore out both of those vinyl records in the 60's & 70's. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

4. Since I was a kid in the '60s
I’ve always loved the sensuality of Brazilian music.
Don’t forget the efforts of Eumir Deodato. |
