Anyone here a fan of "Ask a Mortician" or Caitlin Doughty?

Although, I think she overdoes it sometimes. I still enjoy it. I know this is petty, but I spend a lot of my time while watching wondering if that is her real hair or not.

So she wears a wig!

That being said, her hair looks real and she convinced me to do a green burial in Marin

But it distracts me. Perfect hair always distracts me.

I watched the one on the green burial with interest. There is a "natural water cremation" facility just a couple of blocks from me and I'm intrigued. It sounds like they sort of dissolve you over a matter of weeks and what's left is mixed with wood pellets or something like that. Unfortunately, it's more expensive than a regular cremation. A couple of years ago I applied to the University of Colorado School of Medicine to have my body donated and I guess I didn't make the cut (ha) because I haven't heard anything. I really would like to get everything set up, though. You never know.

So, are you going to be turned into animal treats? There are certainly worse ways to go out.

I kept waiting for it to slip.

But I think this woman's hair is her own.
