I saw this on Reddit yesterday, and I almost posted it on DU. But then I didn't and now you've beaten me to it.
I'm pretty sure it was from Wednesday - the day we got the big rainstorm that used to be Hurricane Freddie. It hit eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania at around the same time. There was a lot of rain but not too much wind.
