Gorgeous weather, (65 degrees,) rode 40m miles!
I love my new e-bike!

(14,853 posts)I don't want to spend my savings on an e-bike yet, but it will surely happen sometime.
I almost pulled the trigger on a Rad Power Bike months ago, but then thought about me possibly needing that money for essentials later.
After I had "researched" it, and then dropped the idea, pretty much every suggested website for me on Google was about e-bikes for awhile! So they're obviously doing the same kind of crap as Facebook, feeding their users with more of the same! Google's algorithms apparently indicated that my entire life revolved around e-bikes! Lol.
I'm sure that you've had a lot of fun with yours!

And do you get any exercise riding them?

(14,853 posts)A rider can usually turn off the electrical assist and get exercise that way.
The electrical power can be very convenient when traveling up steep hills.
Depending on the power, it can be like suddenly getting help from three or four professional bike riders. There's some amusing videos online, like a professional bicyclist struggling up a hill while a non-professional zooms past them on their e-bike.

I love riding my bike.
