Feeling worn out after my 2nd Pfizer shot

Not a typical headache, for me, but nothing debilitating by any stretch of the imagination. Just a dull ache that nothing I took helped. It lasted for just under 2 days and then suddenly stopped.

I had very little tenderness at the injection site. My flu and pneumonia vaccinations caused more discomfort, as slight as it was.

That was yesterday. Fine today except the arm.

So far so good.

No issues yesterday except slightly sore arm similar to m y first shot. Woke up at 5:30 freezing and light muscle aches and minor radiating pain down arm. Took two Tylenol Arthritis strength and about an hour later went back to sleep. All good until about 5 hours after taking Tylenol. Light chills and slightly queasy. Took another dose.

Not a big deal, and delighted to have my second shot done 🙂

My husband got his second shot a couple weeks ago with no side effects.

Apparently side effects are worse for women. 🙂

No side effects at all

The day after the shot my arm felt like it had been hit with a baseball bat and I was really sleepy. The ache was completely gone by evening of the next day and I was back to normal, or at least as normal as I ever get. It was an uncomfortable couple of days but I didn't care.

Your experience tracks with what I've heard from several others. I've already scheduled 4-21 off.
