I need some help......I bought my husband some boots for his birthday and he doesn't care for them

because they cut into his ankle when he drives the car. He's been sweet and worn them a few times but I have noticed lately they are pushed to the back of the closet. I asked him why isn't he wearing them now because they are kinda fall and winterish type footwear. He said that the top of the boot actually hits his ankle when he's driving and it actually hurts. So I have now put the ankle boots in the "give away" box. I need help in buying him some new shoes for winter that go with jeans, as that's all he wears. The boots I bought are too fancy to go with jeans. Any suggestions?? The boots I did buy were Uggs.

Easy Spirit brand makes really comfortable winter wear boots, but I don't know that any are TALL.

I say buy him something else and let him shop for his own shoes and boots. OR..... Give him a gift certificate. I do that for my hub. He loves Allen Edmonds. They are made in the USA, not like the made in China crap Ugg’s now.

9. Before you toss them find a shoe repair place and show them where it hurts.

A good stretching may be all it takes.

I've found them the most comfortable boots I've ever had. I also drive for a living and they have never hurt. Not very expensive and come in many styles.

I dunno. I like them because they have stylish winter boots for women. I know they make mens boots too.
