click on the second little rectangle. That's your journal.

He opined that when you reach a certain age, you have learned so much over your lifetime that your brain is full. Before you can learn anything else, some bit of knowledge has got to go to make room, so that's why you can't remember Aunt Betty's birthday.
That's what I keep telling my kids, anyway.
