Flynn case dropped
So frustrating to see the republiCONS getting away with slowly destroying America with impunity.

1. BUT
Judge Sullivan is the one who has to dismiss the case, and he just might not!
Even though the DOJ is not going to prosecute him any longer, the case is still in Sullivan's court and he may not be too happy about this. Let's wait and see what happens. |

3. He should unseal everything.
Unseal it all, and distribute it to the press on the spot. MDN |

5. The irony...
The irony is that there are all those "freedumb fighters" out there who are either oblivious to that fact or clandestinely hoping to live in a totalitarian dystopia, or, in their cases both.
If they had a lick of sense and were actual patriots, then they would be looking the actual perpetrators in the face and protesting that rather than being sicked on us like dopey hunting dogs. They would see what a threat Trump and the GOP really are to their way of life. They remind me of adolescent rebels, (maybe arrested development is a problem in America) without a real cause and, in no way resemble any patriots and freedom fighters of the past because they identify with those who would gladly take it away from them. That's a sign of some crazy times and confused minds. |

11. That would be the Attorney General - Barr.
Just as Loretta Lynch was the one who made decisions about supporting trans individuals.
Elections have consequences, and this is one of them. POTUS gets to choose their cabinet, which includes the AG, and if the Senate has no issues with the AG, there isn't any way to counter their decisions or censure them. Anyone who said that HRC would be "as bad as Trump" needs to be doing some deep soul searching right now. |

12. Don't despair, Mon Frer...the judge gets to rule on this. All together now: Here comes the judge,
here comes the judge, order in the court 'cause here comes the judge. I first heard this song and
laughed at the presentation on The Flip Wilson Show: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Flip_Wilson_Show song: |
