Need some help with podcasts. How do I get Rachel's Bagman podcast?

I went to what I thought was a link and the message was "Page not found"

Is the podcast all audio? Is it video? I am not technically literate so I need some background on what is a Podcast.

The Overcast app is excellent. Get and download the app. Search for Rachel Maddox or Bagman and then select Subscribe.
