Hopefully, the owners keep the puppers away from the pool when they are not able to supervise.

After watching it a few times, I am wondering if the one pupper is just trying to get away from the other one. This is a Yanny/Laurel situation!

They get content from around the world, though. You're right, this particular vlog/page/channel does look look Russian.

But it is short and the pup in the pool hadn't yet entered into severe distress. But he was panicking and couldn't find his way out. The 2nd dog is indeed a hero.
