Jessica Jones - Season 2

Just finished binge watching season 2. I really liked it, though it really does scream that you want season 3 to come fast.

6. Finished season 2 today as well.

Really, really good. Good story, great performances. Season 1 was a hard act to follow, but I thought they did well. And yeah, can’t wait for season 3 😉

7. I watched the first two episodes.

Weird that the writers pulled the same stunt on Trinity that they did on Ripley.

(Maybe three episodes, now that I think about it. One the first night, and possibly two the next day before I moved on to other shows.)

(Very light spoiler) I was wondering if they were going to have Trish become more like her comic book counterpart.

9. I figured they were headed that way

Season 2 could almost have been Jessica and Trish instead of just Jessica Jones.

But, at the beginning of the season, it seemed like Trish's boyfriend and almost fiance was up to something no good and was communicating with somebody behind the scenes. Then, he disappeared except for a blurb on TV. Did I miss something - was he in cahoots with Hogarth or one of her partners? Somebody yet to be revealed?

13. That's kind of what's bumming me out so far. (Very early in Season 2.)

I found myself thinking, "I tuned in to watch Jessica Jones, not The Trish Show."

on a side note, I didn't think Iron Fist was as bad as a lot of people were saying. Not as good as JJ or Luke but not so terrible that I threw stuff at the TV.

Seems like forever since the last season of JJ...seasons of Luke and Defenders help with the withdrawal.

12. Luke Cage season 2 is only 3 months away now

It premieres in June.

Not sure if we get Iron Fist 2 or Daredevil 3 later this year as well?

11. It started out slow, but I'm digging it now.

I have a few more episodes to go. Still trying to figure out if that Octopus DNA can be controlled, or do we have another Incredible Hulk problem. And, her gal pal. Really. Some friendships get too toxic to continue. She better drop kick her associate too.

the only crossover character is a cameo from Foggy Nelson. No Karen Page, no Luke Cage, no Claire Temple.

The three episodes I had to see made all the difference in the world. All the characters just needed time to develop.

but, the woman playing Alisa won a Golden Globe and was nominated for an Oscar in 1999. She's also listed at 6'1" tall.

btw I was convinced in one episode that the actress who played Michonne was in a cameo role.
