2. I say Zero. It will be a prepared speech on the teleprompters.

But I'll not be watching, so if he does, darn it all I'll miss it. But will be watching Rep Joe Kennedy's response.

Democrats have selected Rep. Joe Kennedy III (D-MA) to give the official response to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday night.

After Trump’s State of the Union concludes, Kennedy will deliver a response on national television, laying out the Democratic Party’s vision for America. The State of the Union response has long been considered a way to showcase rising stars in each political party. During President Barack Obama’s tenure, Republican responders included Paul Ryan, who is now speaker of the House, and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), who ran for president in 2016.

Kennedy, 37, is a third-term Congress member from Massachusetts who comes from one of America’s oldest political families. He’s a young, progressive politician whose star has risen in the past year as he gave speeches rebuking the GOP’s attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act and Trump’s rhetoric on white supremacist groups after the deadly protests in Charlottesville, Virginia, this summer.

Kennedy said it was an honor to be chosen to give the response.
