I'm having leftovers. A comfort food meal of roast turkey breast on an open face sandwich with mashed potatoes and green beans. Lots of homemade savory gravy to top the mashed and the sandwich.

(39,343 posts)I love potatoes, shouldn't eat them all the time because they trigger my inflammation, but I love me some tater tot casserole, potato salad, mashed, .....
I had an 18 lb Turkey for 5 ( can you say leftovers?), ham, dressing, broccoli casserole, corn casserole, chocolate fudge pie, apple pie, sweet tea.
Tonight I'm going to smoke a bowl of herb, eat more pie and a turkey sandwich.
