Now I have not walked far since I hurt my knee I early November, but darned if I did not break into a sweat sitting on a chair and stretching joins. The embarrassing part is that nobody else was sweating and most of the people there were over the age of 85. I need to get this knee healthy again (i'm getting there) and then get back in shape.

(46,880 posts)1. Yoga is one of those things that looks easy but is not.
I found out the hard way when I first took a yoga class.

to be so taxing. Then again I overheat easily. But still.

Looks like a piece of cake.
But then you get drenched in sweat and cannot move the next day.

have these comfortable mats to lie on....
I do like yoga, it is good for so many reasons.
But it will take you through your paces.
