6. Nah. My cancer doc is a retired Brig Gen, former Thunderbirds flight surgeon, pro-Trumper .....

and he is also my surgeon. Can't trust him to vote right, but my treatment from him at VA is totally top notch. Some people have quirks. He's not going to change, but at least I cancel out his vote.

8. He makes a point to talk to me even if I am there only for labs, he knows where I stand and has ....

never ever built up a huff over my support of President Obama or Hillary Clinton or universal healthcare. I can respect him even if I don't get his politics for a minute. He's kind of paternal about women and yet his wife is like my wife: strong willed and non suffering of fools. His wife is also a doctor and my wife spent 28 years at CIA.

2. Just say all this news makes you wound up.

Leave it to him to decide why.

4. I disagree

Now is the time to initiate dialogue at every cordial opportunity. The last thing I would want to do would be leave any ambiguity in where I stand.

5. It seemed to me as if he was looking for a way not to have the dialogue.

Perhaps I'm wrong about Watchfoxheadexplodes' intent. I'll leave it up to Watchfoxheadexplodes to decide.
