The LOSE MONEY Incentive

Why making money isn't always the best idea. And why profit isn't always the best motivator. Why losing money sometimes, on purpose and for the right reasons, can lead to a stronger country and a healthier economy AND, ultimately, the very reduction in public spending the private sector folks keep looking for.
