Why does a man need a personal "biographer" for months? Even if they didn't have an affair, that's a really sick ego.

...especially after he passed-out in a Senate hearing a couple of years ago. I think they tried to blame it all on his not eating before the hearing.

I wonder who she was passing her intel on to. Hmmmmmmm.

FBI is investigating whether or not she had access to Petraeus' e-mails and other sensitive info.

...she'll have to finish-up her dissertation in Cell Block D (that's ''D'' for the drones Petraeus loves so much). On the other hand, this last chapter should catapult her book to the NYT Best Seller's list.

- Best headline on this story that I've seen so far:

CIA chief Petraeus steps down, having failed to keep his drone in his pants

It seems that Petraeus resigned because his affair would be exposed, but he is not suspected of breaching security. OTOH, the FBI investigated the reporter with the implication that she was at least trying to get access to the General's email.

It could be as simple as her journalistic curiosity getting out of control, but I don't see how she could be implicated without him having some responsibility.
