I will win, problem is it take ten days to work through the system. Election will be over by then. I have been a YouTube partner for 6 years, and have had fought copyright claims many times. All my vids are political in nature, usually making fun of Repugs. Easy to file a copyright claim. It is a move to hide stuff "they" don't like.

20. Red Pony Tours - Counterclaim

Meat Loaf's team: Red Pony Tours recently removed this video from YouTube with no warning and no explanation. This gave my YouTube account a strike which limited me in many ways!

Meat Loaf performed at Arizona State Fair in the public domain. I asked for permission at Arizona State Fare to record and they said I could, I spoke to 3 different people with one written form of permission.

I tried to call Red Pony Tours on the 7 different phone numbers I found online after their removal, and no response!

I have no respect for Meat Loaf any more. Not once ounce....

I contacted the Meat Loaf group on Facebook and I received the following response:

The Videos I take down are Terrible !! Shaky , the sound is terrible and I don't understand why anyone would put them up. I am not a 2 bit tour co. I am not going to let something that is so bad stay up . I have Taped every show I have done since 1986 . I can tell you the board tapes don't sound like the You tube Videos . You get the audience singing flat !! You tube Videos suck !!! They are nothing like the real show . I can prove it!!! Why you would put them up is beyond me !! I am sorry you lost Videos !!! I don't understand why you put up your phone videos !! Not good !! Sorry Meat

My Lawyers Are behind the removals , Most Bands Like Springsteen , don't allow them either . They have cameras that shoot the ones they leave up . M
That's a shame. It wasn't a video from a phone, it was a good quality camera. From being at the Arizona State Fair in person, the performance sounded good live and on video.

The people at The State Fair where Wrong !!!! It is intellectual property, I pay a lot of Money every year for the Trade Mark of my name , the publishing Co's . Pay the writers . it is the same as going to a museum a taking a painting of the wall and walking out with it !! it is stealing !!! M

What is the obsession of posting these videos ? M

I fought the removal, as Meat Loaf nor his company has any rights to the ownership of my video, neither do they police YouTube. If they are really embarrassed about their performing ability, then DO NO perform, RETIRE! Real fans will enjoy the performance either way, but you dont have remove all traces of a bad performance in order to boost ticket sales, and this is exactly what they are doing, see here:

I explained nicely to Meat Loaf how this came about, he did not even try to lift a finger to help. He swears the singing is a problem with my camera and it's not professional equipment, so therefore, cannot capture the 'real sound'.

I have no respect for Meat Loaf any more. Not once ounce....
