Edit add: "Free Market," is just the clever euphemism for, un-regulated and de-regulated seller and in the U.S. as the sellers were de-regulating themselves they got busy and began regulating consumers, by limiting damages allowable in lawsuits, and forcing mandatory arbitration settlements for consumers and labor individuals and groups.
