(43,044 posts)Do prosecutors align themselves with public opinion in the communities they serve, or do they go along to get along? They'd be none too popular if they had won their case. Of course what sort of experience and talent can you find for high level cases in small towns and cities? So there are reasons that might support your idea. Thanks for posting!

As for the video, there would be many ways to prevent it from being entered into evidence, one being you cant see who is talking. Sure you could try to bring in the person who recorded it, but still very hard to introduce it in to evidence.
Also the gun charge due to the way the law is worded, it did not apply to the case.
There where many things screwed up in this case.
