1. If you think that

200,000 dead is a good start, it all makes sense.

2. The Supreme Court takes up the Texas ACA lawsuit December 10th

Even with a 4-4 result, Texas reverts to the lower court ruling which was NOT good for ACA. I honestly donít know how Texas will fix this mess they made. Not sure what other states are affected.

4. Texas thinks women's equality is the "mess" they're fixing. Texas is sexist.

It takes a lot of ostensibly pro-life folks to build the legal momentum against 51% of the country.

There's real hate toward women with that kind of organized dismantling of the little "mere equality" that women have only had in this country for 45 years.

3. Does anyone really think that republicans will pay any price?

Without secure elections, there will be no price, ever. The only way an electorate can choose their representatives is to have a functioning electoral system. We really don't know in this election if we're going to be able to overcome the damage that's been done. tRump WAS NOT elected last election. Hillary won the swing states, as predicted. Trump corrupted the numbers (the way he did it still hasn't been entirely revealed publicly, although I'm sure members of Congress know exactly how they did it). He's had 4 years to further dismantle our election security. Our remaining hope, as I see it, is if he loses Republican votes, because I'm hoping he hasn't done anything to corrupt the voting in red districts. If they vote for Biden, we have a chance, I think. If we win, priority number 1 must be election security.

5. I think they believe they paid the price in 2018

Losing the house definitely hurt them. Losing the president and senate will make them miserable. Yeah!
