1. It was powerful, and effective

Why, indeed, was one man, who perhaps was thought to be some sort of potential “threat,” shot in the back seven times on the spot, in front of his children ... while another, who was an actual threat openly carrying an assault-type rifle, shooting people and killing two, allowed to walk off and not be apprehended until the next day. And then he was escorted and given full due process, treated, as Trevor said, like a real “human being.”

Why, indeed. I think we all know the answer.
