3. What would happen if you found the GPS

and moved it from your car to another one? Or a bus? Or an a commercial airplane? How would the courts interpret that? Do you have a legal right to remove the GPS and smash it with a hammer?

If you've been tagged by the police with a GPS, are you required to leave the device on your vehicle if you find it?

4. Which would you rather have your tax-payer dollars go for?

Two or three cops, two or three cars, each cop paid $20 an hour, each police car costing $3-$5 an hour for the city, gas tires oil maintenance and resale value after 2-3 yrs?

Which would you rather spend your taxpayer dollars on? 3 cops 3 cars overnight, no action, or one GPS mounted on a suspect's car, total cost $100 ...

Some of you just want the police to be twice as dumb as the criminals.

Sorry, I agree with this court decision, and always will because it's a cheaper way to get the bad guys.

If you're not being bad, then we don't really care about what you're doing.
