3. There have been...

amazing medical advances for the treatment and removal of painful, debilitating bone spurs since Trump's Vietnam War draft evasion days. I'm sure Trump will produce, on demand, copious documentation regarding the treatment and removal of his bone spurs (after the Vietnam War ended, of course) from several renowned Doctors in the field, who just happened to live in his father, Fred's, apartments or condominiums at the time. Or at least he'll have these documents created by Roger Stone ASAP.

5. To the best of my knowledge bones spur and flat feet are basically the same thing

He could have joined another branch, he could have requested to be an officer. There was some concern about minor foot problems in the infantry. However, those that had flat feet could join the Navy and I'm sure the Air Force. He also could have joined the infantry if he really wanted to. Waivers were given to those who "failed" the foot imprint test. Or the draft board could simply state that the test was "passed" if the draftee really wanted to serve.

Also, it wasn't the recruiters that observed foot Trump's foot issues, it was a private podiatrist.. I have no idea if the draft board even performed a foot imprint test on him or if they took Trump's podiatrist word.

Most people with bone spurs can walk fine. There was an issue with military boots.

I've got flat, super wide feet and now peripheral neuropathy. I'm in my 60s. I can't function with regular people shoes. The problem wasn't very symptomatic when I was young, but even in my 20s, I couldn't wear high heels for extended length of time. I had to shop around for wedding shoes. However, I can easily walk 4 miles in my New Balance EE athletic shoes.

But with Trump's money, I'm sure he could have requested custom orthotics.

Nowadays, the military doesn't consider flat feet to be a disqualifying condition. My hunch is also the military has invested some money in better quality boots.

Trump could have served in some capacity if he wanted to.
