reps but when they talk to a male about the same issue they don't yell at all. I have known there was a double standard for years after hearing this and then getting treated completely differently as a male.

Thank you for posting. I would so love to hear more about this and what other differences she has experienced. I noticed a lot of men weren't clapping (some were). I still think things like this are very difficult for them to hear.
