1. Im not too worried about this one....

The main reason a pardon wouldn’t help Flynn is because his son is also on the hook, he would have to pardon his kid as well.
As for Manafort, the only hope of getting him to testify is to offer some kind of witness protection given that he’d be rolling over on Russian oligarchs. Otherwise, even if he’s spending the rest of his life in prison, at least he’ll be alive.

1. As shit-fer-brains Arpaio found out, if you accept a Presidential Pardon, you admit guilt.

2. He'd still have to testify.

3. Trump could only pardon him for federal crimes. Most of what he's being charged with is also a State crime in New York. So, as soon as Trump pardoned him, the Attorney General of NY would indict him on most of the same charges....and he would have already admitted to being guilty of them by accepting Trump's Pardon.
