2. That he is,

if it had been me, I would have given the speech and said that all nominees and other things trying to be implemented by the right wing republicans and the team presently under investigation for possible acts of treason, should be put on hold, then I would walked out,

3. WOW! Framken characterizes Gorsuch as the SCOTUS arm of Bannon's "Deconstruction" Agenda

After characterizing Gorsuch's judicial footprint as pretty much anti everything but corporate power, Franken surgically lowers the Bannon Boom:
If Bannon's Agenda of Deconstruction has been implemented by appointing Federal Agency Directors who will be nothing more than deliberate destruction ("deconstruction" agents for their agency, Franken's suggesting Gorsuch as the SCOTUS arm of Bannon's agenda is both brilliant and apt here.

I watched the whole hearing today (skipping through the Repubs) Franken and Whitehouse were the most compelling, but Franken here takes it a step further and links Gorsuch not just to Trump but to Bannon's extremism..

Awesome, breathtaking, courageous.

5. And what is not being said and in my opinion should be said, is that this Judge said yes

to a sexual predator, and that's what is really disgusting, no morals, no empathy for the woman, that were sexual harnessed by the sexual predator none, that is what is striking, he thinks republican party power is more important over all else, he has NO PRINCIPLES---------NONE.

His beliefs of this / his right wing agenda to force his religious concept on all of us is more important. He believes in party, more than in Constitution for all

Again he should not even be in that hearing-------------and answering questions, he is nothing more than corporate lackey.
And if by some method he is placed with a black robe on he will in my opinion be a bastard judge, that does not belong there.

This is BS

6. I've wondered why the National Bar Assoc hasn't called this appointment "Poison Fruit" anyway

It's simply the product of theft, of violation of the Constitution. This whole theater is just appalling for all these reasons you suggest. No officer of the court (lawyer or judge) with any ethics whatsoever would participate in "trafficing/receiving in stolen property," which this clearly is. Gorsuch's complicitcy seems in and of itself a disbarrable offense.
Not a lawyer but it seems to me any future case decided by the Supreme Court 5-4 Repub could be somehow vulnerable for nullification as one of the deciding judges gained his seat illegitimately. And yes, I wondered yesterday too, while watching Gorsuch qvell and preen and pontificate, how could any lawyer/judge with even a minimal ethical character participate in this crime, much less be the beneficiary?
And now, with the FBI making public that the election itself and the Trump campaign are under investigate for connex/coordination with a hostile foreign power..good grief, these are confirmation hearings for a lifetime appointment without any future recourse ...this whole process needs to be suspended immediately.
Yes, how in the world can Gorsuch calls himself a legal/judge with ethics yet support a self-avowed sexual predator, a judicial opening that is the product of unconstitutional theft and now an administration that is under FBI investigation for winning the election through treason.
100% plus agree with you.

7. Wado-------------Thank you

Very nicely said -----------for the life of me I do not understand how are Democratic senators are in that room, is beyond me, looking at this man asking him questions, I guess for some record.

To me it's just a insult too Constitutional Principles.

But again, if I was in that room asking anything I would ask, Why are you in that seat answering questions, you are not Merrick Garland? Then get up and walk out.
