1. I've been playing this song in my head since election day

We are so far away from home now. And the immigration ban has, I think, struck a lot of Americans on a subconscious level. America was supposed to mean "home" to so many around the world who had none. It became my grandparents home. They were sent back to Sicily by a xenophobic doctor who said their sick child could only survive in that climate. When the child died soon after the arrived in Sortino, my grandmother said to my grandfather, "We are going back to America and we will never leave again." We all need to make the same resolution. Thanks for posting.
