that these returns were never leaked during his tenure. What do you think the chance of a Republican administration not leaking under similar circumstances?

security?

I'm also under the impression that the IRS will fire employees who simply look at returns they shouldn't be looking at.

Since I'm not a hacker, I haven't a clue how easy it would be to get into their system, but again, I bet they have better firewalls than, oh, say a server in someone's basement.
