Governor Tim Kaine Interviewed on "Al Punto"

If it's Kaine, his Spanish-language skills are a definite asset. Noticeable (though not terrible) accent, but fluent and gets plenty of respect from Jorge Ramos at the end for doing the interview in his second language.
