The color and content of a meat-sack should never be seen as an indicator of content of character. Black children (or hell, really ANYONE), dealing with drug addiction should be viewed in the right light of being ill... not criminal. Drug addiction is a disease... not a crime.

White males should be treated no differently than black males and vice versa... in fact, it'd be nice if people everywhere could simply treat each other the way they want to be treated... with love and respect.
