When it's a black Dem speaking clearly and eloquently, it's "He/She's trying to sound far more important than (s)he/the topic really is!"

When the black Dem isn't enunciating like a Shakespearian actor ... it's "Listen to that watermelon-sucking, fried chicken-eating felon ..."
