Ring of Fire: Hillary’s Faux Populism is No Match For Bernie Sanders

After Bernie Sanders’ announcement for a 2016 presidential bid, all eyes are on Hillary Clinton to see her response. Her only response, however, is to somehow match his liberal zeal. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

3. Thank you! If you want actual change, elect Bernie Sanders.

If you want promises, vote for someone else.

But just know that four years from now, when everything is the same as it is now, you'll know why.

5. I said Bernie was a real Democrat and got my ass toasted on DU

Papintonio says it and everyone agrees. I guess fame allows stating the obvious and not getting toasted for it.

Sanders is electable. It's the media who has already appointed Clinton was the nominee.

13. Yeah, it has that affect.

Kinda inspiring isn't it. Click on the Show Names feature, see those 600+DUers? Recognize some of those names? We are in good company, great company actually. Yeah, it's damned inspiring!

14. It was laughable when soon after Bernie Sanders announced

his run for President as Bernie was talking about the income crisis whereas the top one per cent control 90% of the wealth. Talking about needing campaign reform whereas the Koch Bros and corporate America control all branches of our government.
Hillary remarks were "I agree with Bernie" Now she said this while she was tallying her campaign contributions from Goldman Sachs.
Sanders is electable. Because I believe the Sanders campaign has brought liberals back into the election process.
Hillary is a Republican lite. A corporatist.
It was noted today that the Sanders campaign has 175,000 volunteers already. So I ask does that appear to be a campaign that just wants to change the campaign dialogue?

9. Given the choice of voting for a Democrat or voting for someone I believe....

....acts like a Democrat in order to get elected I think I will vote for the Democrat.

15. Which is which?

Is that a criticism of Bernie (an Indepedant and democratic socialist who will document himself as Democrat where needed in order to get elected)?

Or is that a criticism of Hillary (who people accuse of being "Republican lite" or not as true to Democrat ideals as Sanders is)?

Do you even the smallest hint of a clue as to what the Clinton Foundation is and does, and how much it has accomplished? You cannot be that ignorant without intent...

11. Sanders puts his talking points in to Bills of Legislation. I will be waiting for Cilnton to

announce what bills she is proposing to her Senators from New York. IMO, she needs to get started on her proposals in the coming month.
